The door is open to receive those who arrive, with the
same joy we had when we ran into our grandparents’
arms as children to be spoiled. We practice honest
cooking, full of flavor, memory, proximity, and
simplicity, local cuisine with techniques from around
the world. The recipes are ours. The dishes are us. The
food is ready. On a low flame, whether it be meat,
fish, or vegetables. Frugal as the local people have
taught us, people with generous hands. We add a
pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. The table is set.
